Accessibility
Edition: October 10, 2026
Our approach
ILA aims to make professional knowledge accessible to as many people as possible. The website is designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles. This is a design target, not a claim of completed independent certification or universal conformance. Accessibility remains an ongoing responsibility.
Features included
The site includes keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, a skip link, semantic headings, labeled form fields, text-based language selection, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support and light, dark and system appearance choices. Article pages offer reader text-size controls. Important information is not intentionally conveyed through color alone.
Known dependencies
Membership sign-in, application submission and contact forms require JavaScript and depend on security checks and email delivery. Cloudflare Access and Turnstile are third-party interfaces whose behavior must also be considered. PDFs or other resources linked from outside ILA may have different accessibility characteristics.
Report a barrier
Use the Accessibility category of our contact form to describe the page, task and difficulty. Include the browser or assistive technology when useful, but do not disclose sensitive personal information. We will review the issue and seek an appropriate alternative or correction. Written accessibility requests may also be sent to the registered corporate address.
